⚠️Return Policy Notice

By placing an order on this website, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions.

Returns Must Meet ALL Criteria

⚠️Important

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Please review each criterion carefully before initiating a return.

Basic Criteria

Original packaging must be included and in good condition. Products returned without the original manufacturer box and all internal packaging materials will be refused.

Original intact UPC barcode must be present on the packaging. Items with removed, altered, or damaged UPC codes will not be accepted.

Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our support team prior to shipping any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Original packing slip or invoice must be included inside the return shipment for verification purposes.

Complete with all accessories, cables, power adapters, mounting hardware, and any other items originally included with the product.

Manufacturer documentation, quick start guides, and registration cards must be included and in original condition.

RMA number must not be written or affixed directly on the manufacturer packaging. Place the RMA number on the outer shipping box only.

Basic Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the product left our warehouse. Products received after this window will be refused.

If a product is ineligible for an RMA, we will notify you and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns, including original shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all opened, non-defective product returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Credit will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and the refund to appear on your statement after the item has been received by our warehouse.

Many items have Special Return Policies due to manufacturer restrictions. Please check with our support team before initiating a return.

Risk of loss and responsibility for return shipments remains with the customer until the product is received and inspected by our returns warehouse.

Defective Products

Defective products can only be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. Contact our support team immediately if you believe you received a defective unit.

Once the return is processed and the defect is verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, or a full refund will be issued.

For verified defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by Firewall Junction.

⚠️Defect Determination

Aman Networks, Inc dba Firewall Junction in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or environmental factors are not considered defective.

Manufacturer Only Returns

Due to manufacturer's policies, certain products may only be returned directly to the manufacturer (Fortinet). These items are not eligible for return through Firewall Junction.

Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, advanced replacements, or returns on manufacturer-restricted products. Our support team can provide Fortinet contact information upon request.

Opened Software & Licensing

Software and License downloads are not returnable once activated or downloaded. This includes FortiGuard security subscription bundles, FortiCare support contracts, and any other digitally delivered licenses. Please verify your requirements before purchasing any software or licensing products.
